Shelly Linehan N.D.

Born and raised in Stoney Creek, our naturopathic doctor emphasizes the use of basic and advanced evidence-based natural therapies with astounding success. Her goal is to empower people with the tools and strategies necessary to manage their health and apply them both at home and the workplace. Her services are covered by the majority of extended health care plans.

Tyler Arsenault B.Sc. (Nutrition)

Our in-house natural product expert has been a leader in the natural health industry and has over 12 years of experience helping customers to achieve superior health through the use of diet and supplementation. Tyler offers dietary counselling services and product advice using the latest technolgoical advances in analysis and planning paired the latest scientific research.

Heather Johnson BSW, MSW, RSW


Heather brings over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. She is a Registered Social Worker (through the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Her services are covered by many employee insurance plans.
